Tigers relievers’ strikeout rate is actually even lower over the last 63 games, and once again, just one reliever has a sub-3.00 FIP, trade pickup Kyle Finnegan. Finnegan is the only reliever with a strikeout rate above 25%, which is table stakes for any reliever in 2025. Not to reduce the last 11 days to one number, but the Tigers’ bullpen has an 18.1% strikeout rate since September 11, less than half of the Guardians’ 37.5% mark over that time.
